Plain Jane jewellery design is more often than not made to order just for you, Please read and understand are return policy before ordering. Due to the nature of most pieces being handmade to order, we do not accept returns on items that are the wrong size or are unwanted gifts. Unless for some unfortunate reason your item or items arrives damaged, this must be reported within 14days of the item or items arriving. Please contact use and we will explain what to do.
Some items maybe exchange, this must be done within 14days of item arriving. Please contact use within 14days . The shipping will be covered by yourself.

Earrings and any other ear items aren’t exchangeable, for hygiene reasons.

Rings are always made to order from the plain Jane jewellery design website, and there for aren’t refundable or exchangeable. But we do offer a one time resize for free. But please understand that we can make rings a few sizes down but making ring large don’t always work so well The shipping must be covered by yourself.

Bangle maybe exchanged within 14 days of the item arriving. This must be returned unworn in the same condition as it arrived in and with all the original packaging. This must be done within 14days of arriving. The cost of shipping will be payed by yourself. But please get in contact.
